Shipping policy

Upon receipt of paid order, in stock items will be shipped within 3-10 days of order date.  Custom and personalized items will be given a projected ship date.  Customer may contact blueheron05@twlakes.net to be informed of shipping on custom items before placing final order.

If for some unforeseen discrepancy or out of stock item occurs, the buyer will be notified.  He will then be able to cancel or receive a refund for items not in stock.  In the event of delays in shipping, the buyer will be notified with the projected delivery date.
